End of This Testimonial
It's finally finished. Dust → Fate ← Literature ↖ Learning × Net
I breathed a sigh of relief, but I couldn't help feeling extremely melancholy.
I remember that when I started writing this book, it was the summer vacation of my sophomore year. In the blink of an eye, two years passed, and I suddenly realized that I had already walked out of the campus, with 4 million words in my pen, and was drawing an end to the world I wove...
It's incredible to think about it.
To be honest, when I first started writing, my initial thoughts were very naive, and it would be almost enough to finish the first book with a million words. However, once the story begins, to a large extent, even the author himself is unpredictable.
Because you will never know when you will dig a big hole and bury the outline you wrote last second...
I probably already guessed that when it comes to pits, I might be beaten to death... Ahem.
But can this be my fault?
When digging a hole, the devil knows that the hole is so difficult to fill!
If possible, I also hope to be able to keep writing.
Even when I was writing this testimonial, I wanted to delete this testimonial more than once, filling in the old pits and digging new pits. Delete a few lines at the end of the ending, and there will be a magical turning point. The subspace becomes the real universe, and the map is changed to start a new journey. The protagonist drives a Constitution-class starship all over the world to crush indigenous civilizations...
It's exciting to think about.
But I still can't do it.
The remaining bit of integrity tells me that this is irresponsible to the readers, and also irresponsible to the world I have been weaving with my heart in the past two years. It may be a bit hypocritical to say so, but this is my truest thought when I wrote the word ending.
This brain hole should be reserved for the next book, or the next book.
No matter how you say it, Jiang Chen's story has ended here.
There are many, many things I want to say, but I don't know where to start...
Thanks to the book friends who have always supported me, to those on the fan list, to the editor who has been taking care of me, to the platform provided by Qidian Chinese.com...
thank you!
Finish the book, spread the flowers.
The new book will also meet with you on the 29th, and the title and introduction will be updated at the end of the book related to the work. Also remember not to remove the book from the shelf until then.
See you there on the 29th!
