Chapter 220 Interview with Reporter April O'Neill
As night fell, a taxi drove into Hell's Kitchen.
Some gang members wanted to go forward, but when they saw the logo on the taxi, they stopped. After all, a taxi with this logo means they can enter and exit Hell's Kitchen freely, and no one can stop them, otherwise it would be against Jin Bing.
Soon the taxi stopped at the door of the office, and then the woman got out of the car. Looking at the closed office, she was wondering what to do to find Raphael, when she suddenly saw the four Raphael brothers going to the restaurant opened by the Chinese agent for supper.
The woman's eyes lit up, and she quickly followed him and said, "Rafael!"
Hearing the woman's shout, the four brothers looked back at the same time and found that it was a woman who called Rafael. Immediately, the remaining three brothers looked at him with curiosity. Rafael quickly explained, "She is reporter April O'Neill. She plans to do an interview with us. I have already promised her, but I am not very good at speaking, so I recommended you to her."
"Me!" Leo shouted in surprise.
"Yes, it's you. You are our boss, so this opportunity to become famous will be given to you."
Leo rolled his eyes at Rafael unhappily, then turned around and looked at the woman and asked, "That O'Neill reporter, we call you that, do you think it's okay?"
"Yes, you can call me April, I wonder if we can start the interview now?"
"Ahem, there's no rush. We are planning to have a midnight snack. Do you want to come with us?"
April nodded, and then they came to the Huaguo Restaurant.
Unexpectedly, when the waiter came over and saw April, he subconsciously said, "Reporter April O'Neill? Hello, what do you need to eat?"
"Do you know me?"
"Sorry, I don't know you, ma'am." The waiter said quickly.
"But I just heard you say my name."
"Ma'am, you may have heard it wrong. Are you still the same as before?"
"Yes, the same as before. What do you want to eat, reporter O'Neill?" Leo looked at April and asked.
"Well, give me a plate of three-strand fried rice noodles." April said.
"Okay, I will serve your dishes as soon as possible, please wait."
April kept looking at the waiter's back and couldn't help talking to herself, "I did hear him say my name just now. How did he know my name?"
"Because they are Chinese agents, there is nothing special about knowing your name." Raphael, who was sitting with April, heard her talking to herself and said immediately.
"Chinese agents?"
"Yes, Chinese agents, not only that, you see that's a luxury store opened by French agents, that's a whiskey store opened by English agents, that's a gun store opened by Russian agents, and that's..."
"That's a car store opened by German agents, right?" April interrupted Leo's introduction and said.
"Yes, that's true."
"Why?"
"Of course it's because of our firm, because our firm accepts everyone, even if someone wants us to help him rule the earth, we can do it, so these countries are afraid that someone will issue a commission to kill their senior executives, so they let these agents settle here and keep an eye on the people who enter the firm to issue commissions."
"So that's it."
April didn't expect that she could get such big news, but she also knew that these countries would never let her publish the news of their existence. Although she wanted to be famous, she was not a fool.
"Hey, how did you learn to pick up girls?" A sloppy voice sounded, and the four brothers curled their lips helplessly.
"Walter, didn't you say you didn't want to have midnight snacks?"
"Hey, just talking, who is this?"
"April O'Neill is a reporter. This time she is here to interview us. If you are interested, you can also ask her to interview you."
"Forget it, my personality is not suitable for interviews." Walter waved his hand and said.
"Who are you?" April couldn't help asking.
"I'm just a nobody. Give me a plate of fried noodles and a glass of iced lemonade!" Walter came to the table next to them and sat down alone.
April looked at Raphael, her eyes full of inquiry.
"He is a formal employee of the firm, and we are just temporary employees. Don't underestimate him. He is very powerful, and he also knows a lot of inside information."
"Really?"
"Really, but you just saw that he doesn't seem to like being interviewed very much."
"It's okay, I have a way, but before that, let me interview you first."
"Let's talk after we eat, let's talk after we eat." Leo said awkwardly.
After they had eaten and drunk their fill, April followed the four brothers to the top floor of the dormitory building, where she saw Splinter and Wick, who were sparring with each other in island kendo. However, it was obvious that Wick was no match for Splinter, who was KOed in just a few seconds.
"He is our teacher and our father, and this is the manager of this dormitory building, who is also a temporary employee and used to be a killer." Leo introduced the two to April.
After the two of them greeted April, they returned to their rooms. The interview location was chosen in the living room. However, because the four brothers did not want to show their faces, April could only take out a recorder and start speaking in the opening remarks, and then asked Leo questions.
The questions at the beginning were still very simple, such as why they became temporary employees of the firm, how they became, and what happened after they became.
The questions later seemed a bit sharp, such as what they should do if they encountered some terrorists, or commissions issued by gangs, or miscellaneous questions, in short, very sharp questions.
But Leo didn't care, and said it directly according to his own ideas.
After the interview, April looked at them and said seriously: "Are you sure you want to publish it like this? Aren't you afraid of being cyberbullied?"
"Do you think we are afraid?" Leo asked back.
Looking at Leo and the others, April seemed to know something, nodded and continued to ask: "Then I will publish it truthfully."
"Publish it."
"Thank you for your cooperation." April stood up and bowed to them, and then April found Walter.
"Hello, Mr. Walter, I want to do an interview with you, is it okay?"
"Haha, no."
Just when April thought Walter agreed, Walter changed the subject, and April didn't have time to react, Walter turned around and left.
When April reacted, Walter was no longer in front of her, so April had no choice but to leave first and publish the interview with Leo and the others first.
