Ask for Another Leave

Today is truly the most uncomfortable day for me. I feel chilly all over, sweating, have a headache, buttocks, legs, back, and throat.

No matter what I do or where I lie, I feel tortured.

I got two injections in the afternoon and it felt better for a while, then the fever started again in the evening.

I'll take another leave today and I'll make it up when I get better.
